That increase is going to come in two ways: getting long-term vacant homes back into use and fast build for affordable new homes.
The possibility
When we’ve added 1,000 of both new + vacant, we’ll move on and openly share what we do, and more importantly, the real cost of homes, with communities able to choose their own ways to increase supply.
Collectively, if we deliver 100,000 affordable + sustainable homes over 10 years in these communities, we’ve left a legacy that makes a difference to the current & next generation.
